Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

At Peachey Petals Floral Designs, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful floral arrangements with exceptional care and reliable service.
Local Delivery
We proudly deliver throughout Nokomis, Venice, Osprey, Sarasota, Englewood, North Port, and surrounding communities.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST), Monday through Saturday.
Orders received after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next available business day.
Same-day service may be limited during major floral holidays due to high demand.
Delivery Times
While we make every effort to honor requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to traffic, weather, and delivery schedules. Business deliveries are typically completed during normal business hours.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable:
We may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location if appropriate.
We may leave it with a receptionist, front desk, or neighbor when suitable.
If safe delivery is not possible, we will contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery time. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Complete delivery address
A working phone number
Hospital policies may affect whether flowers can be delivered directly to patients.
Holiday Deliveries
During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other peak holidays:
We recommend placing orders several days in advance.
Delivery windows may be extended.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Flower Substitutions
Fresh flower availability changes with the seasons. If a particular bloom or container is unavailable, our designers will create a beautiful arrangement using flowers of equal or greater value, while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of your selected design.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify the delivery address before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required.
Weather & Unexpected Delays
For the safety of our drivers and the protection of your flowers, deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges — please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
