I wanted a floral delivery for my sister in law that was close to where they live. Another shop with online shopping let me complete an order and then sent a message that the chosen arrangement was not available and a link for limited substitution. None were like the colors I'd wanted. Your store provided available designs and easy to understand instructions as well as a better bargain.
